Submit your referral
Provide the candidate's details using our short online form.

We contact the candidate
Our Recruitment Team will reach out to your candidate to introduce the role.

Candidate completes recruitment
Interviews, licence checks, and any pre-employment requirements.

Candidate commences employment
The successful candidate joins NSBC Group as a Bus Driver.

You receive $150
Paid to you once your candidate has commenced employment.
6
Driver completes 100 trips
We track their progress until they've completed 100 trips.
7
You receive another $350
Total referral bonus: $500. Paid in line with the referral policy.
